Young has been planning and implementing winning marketing strategies for energy and other businesses for more than 20 years. She has a proven track record of increasing revenues and profit growth by helping businesses communicate with existing and potential customers through traditional and digital marketing efforts. Young is a talented writer and when something needs to be word smithed or edited Young is the go-to person for her excellent copy writing skills. She enjoys helping brands achieve the greatest returns.
Young is a regular contributor to industry publications, as well as a sought-after speaker. Before joining Propane Resources, she produced an award-winning daily radio talk show on the National Pubic Radio affiliate station in Kansas City. Prior to this, Young was a communications specialist at the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation and Affiliated Trusts, one of the largest Community Foundations in the nation. Young holds a BA in Communication Studies, Journalism & Mass Media.
In addition to being an avid participant in her daughter's activities, she enjoys reading a great book at an ocean (any ocean), and passionately believes in giving back to others.
